Spraying — ECS

Spray system with a large chamber and many nozzles. Every nozzle moves in every direction. Swivel angle and oil quantity infinitely adjustable. Undercuts included.

TBA dip-oiling system with a cold and a warm bath.

Dipping — TBA

Dip-oiling system with two baths in parallel — cold and warm. Anticorit protective medium, full coverage even on complex geometries.

Electrostatic preservation system with high adhesion.

Applications

Where we preserve.

Preservation is needed in every industry where metal leaves the hall and isn't processed further right away. Shipping, storage, buffering — rust is waiting everywhere.

A.01

Car-body parts after hot forming

Roof frames, A- and B-pillars, floor profiles after shot-blasting. Immediate protection ahead of overseas transport. Complex geometries via nozzle.

A.02

Rolling-bearing manufacturers

Rolling bearings up to 6,200 mm diameter, rotating while sprayed. Spray system with its own control, overspray extraction integrated.

A.03

Cutting-tool industry

Blades and cutting tools. EOS1-300 with 2 oil types and reversing operation. Single-sided oiling with high repeatability.

A.04

Tube manufacturers

Corrosion protection for tube blanks. Internal and external oiling with a spray lance and rotating workpiece mount. With drying unit.

A.05

Semi-finished & round stock

Round bars, wire production, steel trade. Three spray nozzles staggered at 120° around the bar to be coated — 360° protection in the pass line.

Small-part preservation

Forgings, components, tools by dipping. Two baths (cold + warm) with Anticorit, full coverage even for complex shapes.

Repeatable coating thickness

What's in the spec comes out of the nozzle. Recorded per cycle, verifiable by batch. No “sometimes more, sometimes less”.

Where protection is defined, delivery quality holds. Less scrap at the end customer, less rework at the receiving end.

Sparing with the medium

A targeted nozzle instead of generous spraying. What doesn't land on the part doesn't land in the oil-collection tray. EONA extraction returns the rest.
