Program & recipe management
Load, create, edit, save, “Save as”, delete programs. Parameters per tool. Up to 3 oil types in parallel. The tool number calls the program automatically.

Spray-pattern editor
Visual editor, drag-paint with the mouse. Fields on both sides or individually. Load the design drawing as a background. Application quantities directly visible.

Live parameters
Oil pressure, air pressure, oil temperature — separated top/bottom. Target / tolerance / actual with colour bars. Heat exchanger and boiler with their own control.

Permission matrix
10-level user system (level 0–9). Configurable per data field what may be changed. Clean for audit and shift change.

Alarm history
Active and past alarms with a period filter (24 h to 3 months). Located via synoptic system schematics.
F.06
Filter & flow monitoring
Filter saturation for oiler and brush with differential-pressure thresholds (F7, F9). Flow measurement per spray nozzle, individually evaluable.

Mid-size
EQS.13 + LBE 1300-L as a mid-size solution. Aurora cheaper than a classic WinCC premium panel.

Small & mobile systems
EOS 1, EOS Move, oiling trolley. Where a full HMI made no sense before — now economical with Aurora.
A.04
Retrofit on third-party systems
Aurora as an HMI replacement for competitor systems or dated controls. Eckardt programs it up to match the existing plant.
