Every drop
finds its target.

From a felt oiler for tea-bag wire to a combined line for automotive outer-body panels in the press shop. Spraying, rolling, squeeze application — three methods, all in-house, all with metering records.

Methods

Three ways.
One result.

Which method fits depends on the workpiece, the lubricant and the downstream process. We choose it together with you — and build what fits.

Roller oiling WF — felt rollers with two-sided oiling.
V.01

Roller oiling WF

Two-sided application via special felt rollers, oil fed through hollow axles. WF 32 for the thinnest strips, WF 60 / 60 WG / 110 WG for heavier materials.

  • Material thickness · 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 mm
  • Oiling width · 20 — 1600 mm
  • Viscosity · up to 150 mm²/s
Squeeze roller WQ with ROTOL calender rollers.
V.02

Squeeze roller WQ (ROTOL)

Our own development. ROTOL calender rollers press the medium evenly onto the sheet — greases, hot-melt, all viscosities included. One device for all strip widths.

  • Coating thickness · digital, via roller gap
  • Repeatable · value can be stored
  • Medium · free-flowing to grease
Spray oiling EOS / EQS with nozzles top and bottom.
V.03

Spray oiling EOS / EQS

Nozzle oiling on a 100×100 mm grid. Any pattern, controllable on both sides. From the compact EOS 1 to the EQS large-scale system at 4300 mm.

  • Strip width · 20 — 4500 mm
  • Metering · per nozzle, recorded per cycle
  • Aurora HMI · DXF import for spray patterns
Small and mid-size systems

From tea-bag wire
to the mid-size run.

Where the standard doesn't fit — and a tool has to meter compactly, mobile, or close to the application. Our classic bread-and-butter business outside the high-volume press shops.

EOS 1 spray oiler — enclosed chamber for small and mid-size applications.
K.01

EOS 1 — spray oiler

Enclosed spray chamber. Standard widths 20–900 mm. Thousands in the field. For pressing, stamping, blades, tubes.

EOS Move spray system with a moving spray unit.
K.02

EOS Move — mobile spray line

Complete spray-oiling line for mid-size blanks up to 1825 × 2500 mm. A customer-side gripper sets down the blank, the spray unit travels across.

EOS 1-900 MOVE compact spray system with touch display.
K.03

EOS 1-900 MOVE — compact

Bench-demo spray line. Blanks up to 1250 × 900 mm, 10 parts/min, linear-spindle drive, Beckhoff touch display, acrylic enclosure.

Mobile oiling trolley on castors for flexible use.
K.04

Oiling trolley

Mobile oiler platform on castors. Modular — fit it with WF 60/110 MOT, WQ ROTOL or EOS 1. 462 kg, 40 l oil reservoir, 500 mm oiling width.

WF felt-roller oilers in various sizes for strip material.
K.05

WF family for strip material

Felt-roller oilers. WF 32 for ultra-thin strip (up to 1 mm), WF 60 for medium strip, WF 110 for structured sheet. Also motorised (MOT) and on a telescopic slide.

Sector-roller oiler SWF with several staggered rollers.
K.06

Sector-roller oiler SWF

Several 60 mm rollers, staggered, each individually programmable via PLC. Strip widths up to 2100 mm. Where the standard roller reaches its limits.

20–4500 mm strip width
±0,02 ml/cycle metering
100×100 mm oiling grid
DXF spray-pattern import (Aurora)

What you get

Less oil.
Less scrap.

N.01

Oil consumption on record

Every cycle logged. Per nozzle, per batch, per shift. With the Aurora HMI it can be evaluated in the browser too.

N.02

Less scrap

Where the nozzle works precisely, nothing is missing and nothing is too much. Deep-draw cracks and lubricant streaks disappear.

N.03

Downstream steps drop out

Oil it right and you wash or rework less often. In some cases the next process step is eliminated entirely.
