Special-purpose
machines for your task.
Mechanics, electrics, software, service — all under one roof. From a felt oiler for tea-bag wire to a combined line for automotive outer-body panels. And for tasks far beyond metal forming.
Five
growth areas.
Eckardt has built systems for metal forming for over three decades. Today we are systematically opening up to tasks beyond the classic press shop. These are the five fields we actively pursue.
Hydrophobization for drywall, rolling-bearing corrosion protection, blade preservation, copper-tube oiling, hydroforming. From spec sheet to commissioning.
Three methods — spraying, dipping, electrostatics. Across industries: car bodies, bearings, blades, semi-finished stock, tubes, round stock.
Maintenance, spare parts, electrical and mechanical retrofit — including systems from other manufacturers. Aurora HMI available as a replacement.
EONA, EODA, ELONA, EONA-E — our own family for oil-mist extraction. For third-party systems too, and as a retrofit.
Control cabinets to ePlan P8, 5-axis milling, complete wiring in-house. For external clients too.
Browser-based Eckardt HMI with DXF import, dark mode, multilingual, a 10-level permission matrix. For our own systems and for retrofit.
Oiling. Cleaning.
Press-shop-ready.
The classic product lines — still the standard for global press shops and Tier-1 suppliers after three decades. If you need an oiling or brush-cleaning system, you'll find it here.
Spraying, rolling, squeeze application. EQS, EOS 1, EOS Move, oiling trolley, WF, WQ ROTOL, sector-roller oiler. From tea-bag wire up to 4500 mm.
LBE brush cleaner with pressure-buffer correction system. Standalone, coil, combined with spray oiler. Spray cleaning for aluminium components.
ECS spray systems, TBA dip oiling, electrostatic application. Across industries, three methods running in parallel in the portfolio.
The entire
value chain.
Everything in-house
Mechanical and electrical design, our own test lab, our own PLC and Aurora software, our own control-cabinet shop, our own 5-axis milling centre, our own service crew. No third party in engineering.
Family business
Since 1993, in the second generation, 100 % family-owned. 34 employees. Small enough that you speak with the management. Big enough for high-volume production systems.
Honest quality
We are not the cheapest supplier. But at acceptance there are no surprises — neither in price nor in function. The machine runs exactly as written in the spec.
Send us
your task.
A spec sheet, a sketch, or an open question. We review it and come back with feasibility, effort, and a price range — honestly. And if the project isn't a fit for our shop, we'll say so.
