What we build,
we program
ourselves.
PLC and HMI software for industrial systems — our own machines and others'. With Aurora, our own browser HMI, as the USP. Our own electronics department with development and a test lab for over three decades.

Control
that fits.
We develop control concepts from the functional spec. PLC, HMI, interfaces, commissioning. Also for machines that don't come from us — retrofitting third-party systems is an Eckardt strength.

PLC programming
Standard Siemens SIMATIC with ET 200SP, TIA V18. Also Beckhoff TwinCAT and Allen-Bradley on request.

Interfaces
Profinet as standard, ProfiSafe for safety functions. PN/PN coupler to the higher-level control. MES integration on request.
L.04
Retrofit software
Existing systems — third-party machines too — brought to current technology. Circuit diagram in ePlan P8. Aurora available as an HMI replacement.

We know the machine
The software developers sit one room over from the design engineer. Control logic fits the mechanics — because both sides know each other.

Our own test lab
Software is tested in-house on hardware samples before it goes out for commissioning. Reduces the on-site risk.

Maintained over decades
If the machine is still running in ten years and needs software updates, we're still here. Documentation and source code stay available.
