Regular maintenance by our own service staff. Customer-specific spare-parts base packages. Fast procurement.

Electrical retrofit
Replace the control, new cabinet, set up the Aurora HMI. Without a mechanical intervention too.

Wear parts, rollers, spray bars, nozzle bar. Original components or a modernised version.

R.01
Third-party oiler rebuild
An automotive supplier had run a competitor's oiler. The control had reached its end — modules no longer available. We replaced the complete electrics: new cabinet, new PLC, new Aurora HMI. The mechanics stayed.
R.02
Strip oiler 1:1 replacement
At an OEM press shop we replaced another manufacturer's strip oiler 1:1. The interface to the strip line stayed identical. New oiler within the original installation-space limits.
R.03
Reduced electrical retrofit
On an older OEM press line we replaced only the electrics — PLC, cabinet, sensors, HMI. The oiler's mechanics stayed. Pure control modernisation.

Our service hourly rates apply for 2026 under the official assembly terms Mon–Fri, 07:00–17:00. Surcharges by time of day and weekday; travel and overnight stays at the rates permitted for tax.
