Solutions · Cleaning

Brushing, not
washing.

Brush cleaning for sheets, blanks and coil material. No water, no drying step, no waste water. At a fraction of the running cost of a wash line.

Methods

Two
ways.

Brush cleaning is the standard for the press shop and stamping. Spray cleaning with ROTOL nozzles is the alternative for aluminium components, where brushes reach their limits.

V.01

LBE · linear brush cleaner

Two-sided brushes top & bottom, 120 m/min. Pressure-buffer correction system with an air cushion — bristles stay perpendicular despite ±1.5 mm surface unevenness.

  • Material width · 500 — 4500 mm
  • Cleaning & antistatic fluid · 200 l drum
  • Extraction · 3-stage, H13 final filter

V.02

LBE combi with spray oiler

Cleaning and oiling in one system, over one controller. One commissioning, one maintenance. The standard for high-volume press shops.

  • Control · shared with EQS / ECS
  • HMI · Aurora or classic WinCC
  • Line · from coil infeed to workpiece

V.03

Spray cleaning aluminium

Two-stage stainless-steel spray cleaning with ROTOL nozzles top and bottom. With a blow-off unit after each stage. For aluminium components where brushing isn't enough.

  • Stages · main + final cleaning
  • Material · stainless-steel cabin
  • Application · aluminium components
±1,5 mm pressure-buffer compensation
120 m/min brush speed
H13 HEPA final filter
4500 mm strip width
Economics

The brush pays off
against water.

A wash line consumes water, detergent, energy for drying — and produces waste water. Brush cleaning does none of that.

W.01

Running costs down

No water consumption, no detergent, no heating energy for drying. The recurring costs are a fraction of what a wash line eats up.

W.02

No drying step

The part leaves the system dry. Downstream processes — forming, oiling, painting — carry on without a wait.

W.03

Switch steel ↔ aluminium

Steel and aluminium in alternating operation, with no changeover and no lost time. The brush adapts to different material thicknesses.
